Nike Puts An End To Robots

Nike unveiled its new plan to put an end to the bot-era today. Hallelujah. 

The swoosh added an extra step at the checkout process, which makes the buyer select a specific image amongst a variety of pictures. The system should ensure that we no longer experience those dreadful instant sell-outs, and will actually have a puncher's chance at picking up a new pair of kicks. 

Nike had previously revealed their plan to implement "Access Codes" that would allow specific users a chance to purchase exclusive items. Though that plan is still in the works, we applaud their initial efforts in stopping the bot-era and giving everyone a fair shot.
